It’s very important that you keep your contact information up to date. This includes the names and phone numbers of the people you would like us to contact if you’re child is unwell and we cannot get hold of you. It also includes addresses (we sometimes do need to write home) and your primary mobile phone number as we send a lot of messages via text.
If you need to change any details you can let us know at the office, if there are major changes – such as a change of address or priorities for contacts then it would help us if you fill in our data collection form (see below).
